• Being the liason between the Project Managers and the Graphic Designers
• Knowing the progress of each project and scheduling designers accordingly
• Finding and addressing periods of excess load
• Sitting in on client kick-off meetings to help scope and brainstorm projects
• Going over timelines with the Project Managers to ensure that it will fit within the schedule
• Training and helping the Graphic Designers with their day to day elearning projects (I love teaching Flash!)
